The After School Certified Instructor is responsible for the general supervision and management of a class of students.  The After School Instructor is responsible for the planning and execution of all activities set forth in the schedule and as per curriculum specifications when applicable. Oversees the implementation of the reading component.

Miami Children’s Museum’s Theater Troupe is responsible for the development and implementation of all theatrical experiences at the Museum, including but not limited to main stage shows,outreaches, camp shows, camp lessons, character appearances, dance parties, story times and virtual content. The Troupe is comprised of versatile actors, theatre makers and teaching artists.

The Exhibits department at Miami Children’s Museum is the centrepiece of the visitor experience. This position shall oversee all aspects of the Museum’s high touch, stimulating educational, fun environments for children 0 to 8 years old and their families.  The individual who leads this department is the person to whom we look to for creative direction and execution in this arena. The Director of Exhibits is responsible for all aspects of the Museum’s Exhibits and their related components.

Miami Children’s Museum is seeking motivated and passionate professionals to join our after school team for the 2021-2022 school year. You will be in charge of leading a group of children (K-5) into a world of discovery and exploration. You will do this via projects that will immerse children in activities such as: reading, physical education, health/nutrition, art, theatre and cultural activities. We have various locations throughout Miami-Dade County.
